Online classes in Qigong, meditation, and embodied practice

These online classes are offered through Fully Alive Academy for those who wish to explore structured practice and ongoing training.

They sit alongside the broader work of Fully Alive, and are intended for people who feel drawn to regular practice in Qigong, meditation, or related movement arts.

Tuesday and Friday, 8.15 to 8.45am

These classes offer a way to explore the 18 Lohan Hands and related Qigong practices as an ongoing, embodied practice.

They are open to both new and experienced practitioners, and are taught as a place to begin or to stay, rather than something to move through or complete. The emphasis is on learning to meet the body, breath, and attention as they are, without striving for particular states or results.

Monday 7 to 8pm

These classes are open to anyone interested in exploring the Shaolin Arts, whether you are new to the practice or returning after time away.

Training focuses on embodied awareness, steadiness, and internal cultivation, rather than achievement or display.
