Explorations
These explorations have grown out of practice, teaching, conversation and lived experience.
Some draw from Qigong, meditation, mindfulness and therapeutic understanding, but they are not tied to any one approach.
They are invitations to become curious about how we meet ourselves and our lives — what we hold, what we add, what we avoid, and what may already be here when some of that effort softens.
They may take the form of an online circle, a short course, a guided practice or something explored together over time.
There is nothing you need to believe and nowhere particular you need to get to.
The invitation is simply to arrive as you are, with curiosity, and discover what emerges through exploration.
The Habits of Holding
Becoming curious about the unnecessary effort and tension we carry.
An invitation to notice the physical, mental, emotional and energetic habits that quietly shape our experience, often without us realising.
Unholding - A Reflective Cirlce
What happens when there is a little less to do?
A gentle exploration of meeting life with curiosity rather than striving, allowing what is already here to become more apparent.
Mindfulness Meditation – Life as Practice
Practice that begins where life already is.
Mindfulness not as an escape from everyday life, but as a way of meeting ordinary moments with greater presence, awareness and kindness.
Four Gateways of Transformation
There is more than one way to meet change.
Four complementary ways of exploring transformation through body, mind, relationship and direct experience.
