One-Finger-Zen

Bring the simple, direct and effective principles of Shaolin training and Zen practice into your physical training, to help you get the results you want.

As you gently become aware of your body, its limitations and capabilities, you allow the space for change to happen.

This is not the ‘no pain, no gain’ approach found in some martial arts or fitness systems. There is no forcing the body, so there is no resistance. You start from exactly where you are.

Our classes lead to improvements in:

  • Balance
  • Flexibility
  • Mobility
  • Strength
  • Fitness
  • Body awareness
  • Release of pain and tension

'Using chi kung has already made a big difference to my body relaxation in movement, which means I have a lot less pain, and a lot more flexibility. I enjoy seeing my improvement.'

Amanda

‘Don't be deceived by the simplicity of the skills taught. Embrace them, and apply them to your own context. The results speak for themselves.’

Harry

‘I am in my late fifties and I have greater agility and suppleness and more awareness of the tensions in my body and mind and how to respond to these than I have had for a very long while.’
