STANCE TRAINING
with Pascal Hagemeijer
Live Online
Saturday 13th and 20th July, 8.30-9.30am
DID SOMEBODY SAY STANCE TRAINING?
Dive back into your stances, fine tune your form and gradually increase your time and ease in your stances.
Stance training helps you build your internal force and gives you a solid foundation for your ongoing Qigong practice and progression.
Why stance training and building internal force?
A secret to enhancing the quality of life is in learning how to apply the skills we learn in class to areas of our lives that we want to change or improve. In stance training with Fully Alive, we use the skill the of using energy flow to build internal force.
The results show in our daily life as:
- internal force or resilience to keep going through difficult times
- maintaining an energy flow even when under pressure or tired
- vitality and mental stamina to do well in things you enjoy or want to pursue
During these two Saturday classes we will cover the following stances:
-
Wuji
-
Goat stance
-
Horse riding
-
Bow and arrow
-
False leg
We will break each stance down into little bits and see how we can open the way by using different stretching or relaxing movements, so you can be more at ease in your stances.
We will also practice moving through the stances, to give you different options to get into or move from one to the other stance with creativity and playfulness.
Looking forward seeing you soon, smiling in your stances.
