Learn more about your physical body and gain new insights on being Fully Alive.

Venture with us into the lower spine, using simple forms to access the Quadratus Lumborum muscle, fundamental to our spinal flexibility, strength and daily function.

Join this class for:

  • Increased awareness of your lower spine
  • A practice that facilitates comfortable spinal movement
  • Methods to access this independently
  • Ways to implement this into your existing Qigong practice.

With a background in physiotherapy and energy work, Pascal has a deep knowledge of the body's structure and how to access and release tension to create more energy flow.

He will share specific information about the M. Quadratus Lumborum:

  • Where it is located and how to access it
  • Why it is so important to work with this muscle in particular
  • How to use simple forms and methods to work directly into this area
  • When it is best to practice
  • Its relationship with Qigong
