Tim Franklin is the passionate founder behind Fully Alive, a community dedicated to nurturing physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health through simple yet transformative practices. With over two decades of experience in the Shaolin Arts and a rich background as a coach, therapist, and mental health support worker, Tim brings a unique blend of ancient wisdom and modern insights to every session.

 

Drawing on his extensive training in martial arts — including Shaolin Kungfu, Taijiquan, yoga, meditation, and more—Tim has honed an approach that integrates the discipline of traditional practices with the accessibility required by today’s busy lifestyles. His studies under revered masters such as Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit and Julian Daizan Skinner and his immersion in diverse traditions like Cosmos Qigong have shaped his philosophy: that authentic self-healing and vitality are attainable through mindful, regular practice.

 

Through Fully Alive, Tim offers a range of online and in-person classes and courses, emphasising simple, understandable practices. His teaching is centred around guiding beginners and seasoned practitioners in exploring methods supporting the mind, body, energy, and spirit.
