Each week we will take you through one or more Chi Kung patterns [from the 18 Lohan Hands and 18 Lohan Arts] and explain 1) how they can affect your energy 2) how to use them to keep yourself healthy. These patterns can be used together with the skills from the Friday class to have a more complete Energy Skills practice.
