There are many Chi Kung exercises, sets and skills you can practice and develop using Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung to experience health and happiness.
One particular Chi Kung set, taught and practised at the Shaolin Temple in China since around 527 AD is the 18 Lohan Hands.
These exercises are a natural way to increase your immune system, support the functioning of your organs, improve mobility, muscles, fascia and joints, release tension and stress, and increase the amount of available energy you have to enjoy life.
You can either practise them individually, as a mini set or collectively. You will learn how to use the exercise depending on what you want to get from your chi kung practice.
The fundamental skill of all Chi Kung practice is being able to generate an energy flow. Without this skill, “chi kung” can easily become just gentle physical exercise.
We teach chi kung so that you will directly experience an energy flow. The classes focus on developing and improving the skill of generating an energy flow, and the practical ways you can use this in your daily life.
Using energy flow is a direct, simple and effective way of clearing illnesses, having more energy and generally feeling happier and healthier.
This course is suitable for people who have never practised chi kung, and for more experienced practitioners who want to deepen their skills.
